GSAA Featured on OpenChannels.org

The GSAA’s partnership model was featured by an online forum for ocean planning and management, OpenChannels.org.  The GSAA was featured as part of a series of blog posts that are highlighting “new voices” in integrated decision-making for ocean and coastal issues and providing examples of successful models for those exploring marine planning initiatives.  While the GSAA has not established a regional marine planning initiative, the broad engagement of federal, state, and non-governmental partners in the GSAA structure represents best practices of collaborative marine planning efforts.  You can read the post here.
